Tbh that sound more like ratting, but low sec could use an overhaul in that regard too. If I can do level 3 missions in my PVP ishtar, for near level 4 rewards, but more quickly, then I think that's ok. If I thought of myself as a victim in a pir...

I say boost the rewards for low sec level 3 missions. They can be done easily in a PVP fitted Heavy Assault Ship or Battlecruiser. So if you go low, you can still compete in PVP, or stay in high sec but you need full on PVE gear.

How about adding some new Research corps to EVE. Have them only own stations in low sec, have extra lab slots, but charge more money for their use. In role playing terms they might be into some dodgy research practices, making their research labs ...
